How do I get started?
The first step is to give us a call and set up an appointment. Then we’ll come meet you at your home or place of business and take the time to learn more about you and the overall look you’re going for. We’ll go over your different options and provide a quote. There is never a charge for the first time meeting.
 

How are projects priced?
The price will depend on a number of factors such as how large your house is and whether you have a one-story or two-story home. The amount of supplies being used (lights only or lights plus decorations) will also influence the price. Keep in mind that we do our best to work within everyone’s budget.
 

At the end of the season, do you take the lights down?
Yes - taking down the lights and/or decorations is part of our service and included in the quote that we give you. On January 2, we begin taking down lights and/or decorations. We’ll organize your supplies in bins provided by you or provide our bins for a fee. 

 

What happens if my lights stop working?
Although our experienced team members make every effort to ensure that everything is secure, certain things can happen to lights for different reasons such as wind, rain, and other circumstances we can’t foresee. If this happens, a [Business Name] team member will return to replace, re-hang and/or secure the lights at no additional charge.
 

Do you provide the lighting and decorations, or will you use mine?
We can go either direction. If you’ll be providing the lights and decorations for us, we ask that you have enough for the job and that everything works properly. If you don’t have any lights or decorations, we can provide this for an additional fee. This is all discussed in more detail when we make our initial visit and come up with your quote.
